Project Brief
A 3600sqft plot was designed to accommodate a main house for the clients and two rental houses. We had to address two challenges.
One being the functional layout of spaces with its own importance and privacy. The main house was built in with a double height living area opening to a skylight, bringing in ample light to the house. The living area also spilled out to the garden to house events and celebrations.
Second challenge, being the overall visual imagery of the housing to look like one single large villa, we played with composition of sizes and materials.
